 I rested my devices to factory setting now i can’t recreate a new system. The connection doesn’t go pass the accessory settings connect to wifi - something occurred, try again, and nothing changes.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who will go through some real-time troubleshooting with you.

However, it may be worth trying the following steps first:

  • Reboot your router - turn it off for at least 30 seconds
  • Unplug any WiFi extenders you may have
  • Reset the Sonos app

Why did you reset them in the first place? That is almost never a good idea.
