Can't add new Sonos one to existing system

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently bought a new Sonos One to add to my existing system (already a Beam2 and Sonos One)

I’m using the Sonos App on Android and I get to final phase of the installation but I keep getting the message that the device cannot be added to the system. I’ve tried with the chime, with the manual PIN, wireless and cabled. I’ve also tried with another android device but all failed.

I’ve been reading on some other topics that there could be a issue with the recently updated app.

Has anybody found a work around or do I just have to wait for Sonos to fix the app (if that is want is causing my issues.
