Can no longer connect to sonos speaker system

We can no longer connect to our sonos system.

Is this a know problem?

Trying to access app on ipad and android phone.

One speaker plays music previously connect if you switch it on using the speakers button.

 

The other speaker can not be turned on at all.

 

Trying to connext by the app it loops around to the "connect to existing system" screen.

 

So basically system totally inaccessible.
