this weekend, my neighborhood held an annual yard sale. I bought 2 Play1 speakers and when attempting to register and add speakers to my account / internet, the app asks me to enter the password and shows a partially redacted email address - I assume it is the previous owner because it isn’t mine. Is there a way to remove the previous owner so i can register the speakers? Is there a phone number I can call to speak with someone to provide documents, etc to add these to my sonos account? TIA!!
