Beams Gen 2 impossible to connect to app

Hi,

I went through all possible FAQ but I still have the following issues:

  • the app cannot detect the speaker;
  • the app detect the speaker but when it tries to join the wifi, it says that it is impossible to connect to the wifi (even with the recommended configuration).

Conclusion: I cannot add the speaker in the app. Seems that the speaker is working when I connect to the smart TV but cannot do anything in the app.

Given the recent issues, should I just wait for an app update or do you have any advises?
