I have authorised it, they are on the same WiFi network, I have switched the Beam and iPhone on/off.
Need much more info. Does Sounds show menus? Is it a specific item which won't play?

Apologise, it's frustrating. First time I’ve had an issue and I feel like I've tried everything. Yes it plays Sonos own playlists, Spotify, Amazon Music. I don’t use Alexa. I’ve also reloaded it, twice.
OMG, I’ve just moved from different Music suppliers (mentioned above) and back to Sounds and its playing now…. rolls eyes. Thank you for answering. Sometimes its good to leave the room and go do something else for a while, maybe.
