When I go into the Sonos app my device shows as “Not Registered” and therefore I cannot change anything.

If I try to register it and follow the process it gets to “Linking your Beam to your account” and then tells me there is a problem linking and would I like to try again; this is ongoing…

If I log into my account via a web browser, I can see the Beam device in my account.

HELP!

Probably best to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
