Can someone chime in on this-

the Sonos app keeps telling me periodically to add speakers, that have already been added and working. Anybody have the same issue and or know what to do?

yes, i have the same issue

Same issue.

I have 27 of your speakers Sonos and you’ve really got me irritated.

Over this last weekend one of my speakers dropped off the system and the only way I could get it back on was to reset it which then updated which then updated all of my speakers at once to which I then wasted six hours getting each speaker back into the system some having to factory reset up to 10 times.

You guys really need to get your act together. I am about to sell all my speakers and go with a competitor you’ve really fallen off.

I often wonder if you even vaguely participate in these forums because you’ve really ruined your ecosystem and reputation.

Yep. I was just searching for this issue to verify I was not the only one. And more of my speakers will cut out now when playing the same music to multiple zones. I really just want the old system back. I don’t care about headphones or whatever other product compatibility we need this new app/firmware for. If I wanted a pair of headphones I wouldn’t have bought a bunch of speakers.

Same problem here every 2-3 days

Yep same issue - really irritating too.

Hi @Jfnutrition

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are seeing with speakers offering to add themselves to the system despite already being added.

We are aware of the issue and are investigating, though we have no estimate for when a fix might be put in place.

It is a User Interface issue only - there is nothing wrong with the speakers or their configuration, so if you see this message, please know that it is safe to simply dismiss and ignore it.

I hope this helps.
