All iOS apps playing audio through Sonos speakers. How do I turn this off?

Since the recent update all my IOS apps are playing audio through my Sonos speakers. I do not want this. How can I turn this off???

This is nothing to do with the update. You’ve diverted your iPhone audio to another device. Open the control centre (swipe down from the top of the screen), open the audio settings and switch audio back to IPhone.
