I’m trying to include my new Sonos Roam into an Alexa speaker group made up of an Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Flex, Echo Show and Echo Input, on the Alexa app. They are being labeled as incompatible devices. Is this correct?

That is correct. There is no way to combine/sync Echos and Sonos together for multi-room music playback.
