I bought an era 100 last week Alexa works quite correctly on it simply when I ask it to start the radio it tells me that it is starting the radio live and then nothing happens. Same, I ask her to put music on Spotify and she tells me that I must first activate the skill for Sonos Era 100 from my Alexa application and ask it to detect devices. except it works on my sonos beam gen 2 I reset my era 100 delete t put back the sonos delete skill and put back the alexa service but nothing does... what should I do?
