About to return the S1 SL

My S1 SL speakers connect to my WI-FI and can be seen by the app for only one minute before disconnecting. I have an EERO router and the Sonos speakers are within close range and getting a full signal. I’ve had the speakers for about a year, but the sketchy reliability has really turned me off to this product. Anyone have an idea before this system goes back to Costco?

Try wiring one of your Sonos devices to the hub of your eero.

Unfortunately, I have a data closet that isn’t within reach

If I recall correctly, eero uses a different subnet for each ‘puck’, something that is challenging for Sonos, which expects all devices to be on a single subnet. If you’re not able to wire a speaker to that hub, you may want to invest in a Sonos BOOST, and wire that to the hub, which then creates the SonosNet signal for Sonos to connect to, all on the same subnet.

You could read more information from Sonos starting with the wired and wireless modes FAQ.
