I have spent a total of 3 hours today calling their customer support number. 35 to 40 minutes per call.
And they wouldn’t take your claim. Sounds strange.
Try calling and see how long it takes to get thru, I called a bunch of times waiting for tech support to answer. The strange part is the difficulty of setting up warranty work, this should be simple like sign in click on which device I own select warranty fill out information and hit submit...boom how simple could that be? But no I've been on the phone waiting for customer service to answer.
