Subwoofer sporadically works

I just moved into a new apartment, and my subwoofer is not consistently working. It is a two floor apartment, and I'm considering the boost but I lived in a home with two floors previously and it worked fine. When I go into room settings it shows as a question mark. I ran a diagnostic; here is the number 7529673 - can someone please assist?

Only Sonos Support can address what is visible to them in the diagnostic.

Generally though, how well WiFi works also depends on other factors like type of construction, and placement of different units in the system. With an investment that includes an expensive Sub, if no one Sonos unit can be wired conveniently to the router, a Boost is a good idea to ensure full value from the set up.
