Still impossibile to group devices…

How can it be that since the new app Sonos didn’t manage to solve the problem with the grouping of several devices?

I can start playing the same music streaming service individually on every single device but when I try to group these I get always the same error “Unable to connect. Try later “

Terrible product. And even worse is that after months the problem is still not solved.

 

any suggestions for good alternatives to Sonos? I’m tired of this. I want to replace my system with something better.

Hi. There is nothing wrong with grouping in Sonos.  You have a problem with your particular setup and it is probably easy to resolve.  Which music service are you using>  Can you group speakers when playing internet radio?  

Before you do anything else, please do a “check for updates” in the app settings.  Then power off your router and all Sonos, then power router back on, then Sonos.
