Sonos Sound Lag

Hi! Our Sonos soundsystem is always lagging in 2-3 seconds in the beginning of a song. It’s not lagging when we turn the TV On (it’s connected), But then we hear Music from the sonos app, it lags. What Can we do?

Hi @Lucasj10, Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about this issue on your Sonos system. To further check the status of the system on what could be causing the lag on songs, I’ll ask you to submit a diagnostic report to investigate further what could be causing this issue. You may reply to the thread with the confirmation number to assist you with this issue.

Hi @Lucasj10, thanks for the update and for sending a diagnostic report of your Sonos system. Upon checking the diagnostic information, it shows that you still have the Sonos Bridge. Kindly check this article about Remove a Bridge from your Sonos system to check if this is causing this issue. And if the Sonos Bridge is causing issues to your Sonos system.
