sonos smell

just bought a couple of sonos play 5s and one of them started emitting a burned electrical smell."

I cant find any answers in here, other Than contact customer service.
What is the issue?
The one that smells is more than 3 years old, so its not because its new it smells/stinks

But there's been so Manu cases with this issue, someone must know what og could be, og if i should worrie

I wouldn't worry too much, especially if you didn't see a spark or smoke; but if you haven't already unplug the device from power.

If you smelled a burnt electrical smell, something on the inside probably cooked and most likely the device wont function properly, for that you will need to contact support.

I've never seen any "Manu (sic) cases" of this. I'll repeat what Misfit said: contact Sonos Support to discuss it.
