Yeah... contacting support is really your best option here.
But there's been so Manu cases with this issue, someone must know what og could be, og if i should worrie
I wouldn't worry too much, especially if you didn't see a spark or smoke; but if you haven't already unplug the device from power.
If you smelled a burnt electrical smell, something on the inside probably cooked and most likely the device wont function properly, for that you will need to contact support.
I've never seen any "Manu (sic) cases" of this. I'll repeat what Misfit said:
