Having had my Roam since the release date and no issues, I now find that it will not seem to connect to wifi. It does not show up on my Sonos app, it doesn’t appear when you add new product yet it works in Bluetooth mode.

If tried unplugging, rebooting, but the only thing I can get is the blue light for Bluetooth play, which does work but I obvs want it connected with the rest of my speakers on wifi.

What router are you using? Have you tried rebooting your router and phone? Did you reboot the Roam following these steps?

  1. Disconnect Roam from charging cables and remove it from wireless chargers.
  2. Hold the button on the back of Roam for at least five seconds until you hear the power-off tone and the light above the Sonos logo turns off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Press the button on the back of Roam to turn it back on.
