I've had the Roam for a week and I’m generally happy with it. My only issue is the on/off button, its very stiff and unpleasant to use.

I have to press it either really hard or multiple times to turn the device on, it's also very fiddly trying to activate bluetooth pairing mode. 

Is this a common issue or a product fault? I spoke to Sonos tech support and they seem unfamiliar with this issue and have recommended me to factory reset the device. I highly doubt this will fix the issue if its a physical fault.

I’m tempted to return the device if this will be an ongoing issue and wait for the Roam V2.

 

 

hi @DJames I have my Roam since a couple of weeks and it works fine and I do not have similar problems with the buttons - if the sale conditions allow you to return it, you might consider that
