Is the One stand the same as a Flexon stand for the One Play? I’m trying to buy one for my One.

No, the PLAY:1 and the Sonos One would have different stands, due to the lack of a mounting screw hole on the back of the Sonos One.

My understanding, based on information in several other threads, is that they'll be available sometime next month.
If you need something more quickly than that, I believe Sanus has ones currently available. Which amuses me to no end, Sanus for Sonos. 🙂
