Sonos One only works on Ethernet

I have two Sonos Ones.  I recently replaced my wifi router but kept the same SSID and password.  Both Sonos Ones could not connect.  I connected one with an Ethernet cable and initialized it ok.  Then when I disconnect the Ethernet, it is not found.  I tried the second One and get the same behaviour: works on Ethernet but not wifi.

Any suggestions?

I’ve updated the Ones, and reinstalled the Android app.

Which router is it? Does it meet the requirements in https://support.sonos.com/s/article/126? Did you try making your phone connect to the router’s 2.4GHz band?
