Where can the Sonos One Hay be bought? It seems not to be part of the online offering at sonos.com...

To the OP, I'm not scolding you for not searching. I used this forum's search function, and neither of these threads came up for me, either. I had to go to google to find them. It's a travesty, the search on this forum, I'm afraid.

There was another thread about this in which Ryan S, one of the moderators, said they would be running late. I think he said they'd be out in November, but I'm not 100% sure about that. Might be worth trying a search in these forums.

Any update on this thread? The SONOS press release says Sep and HAY says Nov... and it's the end of Oct now...

According to Hay, they're still saying November 2018... No specific date within November though.
