Hi, I have a Sonos Move.  I’ve noticed when I turn the volume up to 58% The low-end cuts out completely and it only plays through its tweeter.. 

it also will randomly make sounds like it’s clipping about 55% as well.. 

has anyone experienced problems like this with their move, and do you know of a fix?

Oh dear, that’s no good at all. The best chance of being able to fix this (which, to be honest, is a long-shot) is to factory reset the Move. Please see our Reset your Sonos product page for instructions.

Once done, set the Move up again and test it - if it has the same problem, please get in touch with our technical support team for replacement options. They will ask for a short video of the distortion, so if you can record one before getting in touch, that will speed the call/chat along a bit. Thanks.
