Sonos Move Bluetooth Connection.

Hi, I have a Sonos Move and I find it almost impossible to connect a new mobile device to the speaker. In other words, if a friend wants to connect his phone to play music it is such a struggle that we usually just give up. 

Am I doing something wrong? Please help.
