Is there a Sonos Controller App for a Windows desktop computer

There are also third party apps in the Windows Store. They offer an improved experience over the official app (eg touch support, Xbox compat). I would recommend a particular one, if I was allowed to :-)
None of these (including the official app) can be used to setup a new system or add speakers to an existing system.
