Hi



I live in a 3 storey house and have a DJ setup located on one of the floors. When we have house parties I'm trying to find a way to stream the music from the floor where the DJ gear is set up, (Pioneer/Serato DDJ Controller), to other locations in the house.



I'm not looking to mix using the Sonos speakers but am looking for the music to be heard in the kitchen, garden etc without having to crank the volume up from the DJ setup.



If I run a Sonos Connect between the mixer and my active powered DJ booth speakers using standard RCA Phono connectors , will I then be able to stream the feed to various play speakers around the house?

I think as long as you plug the mixer into one of the aux inputs you can play it on all the others.



However, there is a serious delay with Sonos, so make sure the DJ can't hear the other rooms. 😉
