I only have one "room" showing on my app - TV sound bar. I have lost 6 other rooms. Please give me simple advice (I'm not tech savvy). Thanks.

First try rebooting the controller, not real likely to help but less work than option 2 below.
Next you could try unplugging all your Sonos units, rebooting the router and your controller (again) and then powering up the Sonos units (wired first if any then start with closest to the Router or wired Sonos unit) one at a time about a minute apart.
If that works you may have had an IP address glitch, you can prevent it from happening again by getting your router's manual and looking at the instructions for adding reserved/static IP addresses. That will stop the router from randomly changing the IP addresses and confusing the Sonos gear.
