Roam group volume issue

I usually group all our 10 speakers in one group an adjusting volume in the app for the group. When i reduce to zero and increase to desired level all are perfect in sync having same volume. Only exception is the roam playing only half the volume and needing manually adjustment which is  really annoying. Support is simply not coming with any usefull solutions or answers. Thinking of returning the roam.

Have you tried resetting the Volume Limit on the Roam in the Sonos app? Also, because of the Roam’s size, 10% volume on the Roam isn’t going to be as loud as 10% volume on other Sonos speakers.

Have all speakers at 80 % and tried changing roam up and down also reinstalled roam and tried with a friends system where it is same also here the roam is roughly playing half the volume compared to the other speakers.

If you set the volume limit on all the other speakers to 50% and the Roam to 100%, what happens?
