Howdy fellow Sonos enthusiasts!
I live in Dallas,Texas and I’m having trouble finding a place to take my series 1 Play 5 to get looked at..
I purchased it from Target about 2-3 years ago.. love it, but one day it just stopped working.. 😞
I was wondering if anyone knew of an electronic store or company that services Sonos speakers or could offer a suggestion that could point me in the right direction?

Your best bet is actually to call Sonos and speak with them about it. There are no "authorized repair" facilities for Sonos devices.
