Play 1 only working on Ethernet

My play 1 has worked moving it from room to room for two years. Now it will only connect via Ethernet. Nothing has changed and all other devices are fine.

While it is connected with the ethernet cable, submit a system diagnostic , and contact Sonos to discuss it. There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
