Hello SONOS Community:

While I am able listen to Spotify from my PC (via Bluetooth) on my Sonos One speaker, I unfortunately cannot use Sonos One for any other audio from my PC...When I view Bluetooth devises on my PC Settings, I see the Sonos One, but I cannot access or activate it.  Any help would be appreciated.

That’s odd. The Sonos One has no Bluetooth receiver in it. The Roam and the Move do, though. Are you sure you’re not using AirPlay 2 to connect? Do you have a Mac or a PC? Or are you listening to Spotify using the Sonos controller?

The Sonos One isn’t really designed to be a desktop computer speaker, so there’s liable to be all sorts of connection type issues that you’re going to eventually run in to.
