When I am listening to Pandora or Songza the song will cut off randomly in the middle and jump to the next track. This has happened with my iTunes library as well, but far less frequently. Biggest problem is Pandora.

Thank you for that diagnostic, unfortunately it didn't go through properly, likely due to network latency or too much interference. How many components do you have wired into the network there? Of the ones wired in, where and how are they wired? 



I'd also recommend checking the wireless channel on your router to make sure the wireless channel on your router is at least 5 channels away from that of your Sonos. You can change the Sonos wireless by following these directions. 



Can you please try submitting a new diagnostic as well?

I just went in and removed my wifi in Sonos and reset it back up. Pandora is now working perfectly. Hope this helps others.
