new Fives don't sound very good

I just recently purchased two Fives to replace my Ones that I have been using for just music. The new Fives don’t sound as good as I expected and they are in the same place that I had my Ones. The Fives don’t have the depth and clarity like the Ones do. I have done the TruePlay set up and it only made a very minor difference. Any suggestions?

    Do you have them paired as a stereo pair? Have you adjusted the EQ settings?

    Yes, I have them set up as a stereo pair and also have them in the vertical position. I have also adjusted the EQ settings. I maybe have my expectations too high for the Fives. I was so impressed when I bought my Ones last year and I thought my Fives would be a big improvement but the Ones sound better.
