Hello, I have a cafe’ and purchased 3 sonos speakers from Ikea, they seems to work fine but its been a couple of months now that when playing music from spotify the music stops randomly and then starts again after a wile.

It really disturbs the business mood. I tried unplugging and pairing the speakers again but the problem is not getting fixed.

any way to fix this? The sonos app is up to date.

Probably radio interference, the easy route is to submit a diagnostic when it is acting up and contact Sonos support directly with the number and your issue. The contact page has direct contact options, some 24x7.
