Brand new Sonos move and a base charger not charging. 
 

I have another move so I tried and it charges using my old base. The new base will not charge either of my Sonos MOVE SPEAKERS. 

 

Seems like a faulty base. I’ve checked it and it doesn’t have any debris or anything on the points. Any ideas?

Unless you’re unlucky and picked a defective power outlet, I’d contact SONOS and get them to swap the charging ring. If they cannot swap the ring, then return the whole package.

If you have a Voltmeter you could measure the pins, but this will not fix anything.
