Is it possible to use ur sonos play1 speakers as computer speakers?

No. They're not designed to be computer speakers, and never claim to be. If that's what you needed, perhaps they were an incorrect purchase?
thanks for the reply
Hello Tony88 and welcome to the forums!
ratty is correct in stating that they aren't designed to be computer speakers. They lack a line-in functionality like some of our other products have.
If your main goal is to get sound from your computer I think the Play:5 would be the best product from Sonos to look into.
You can look at this guide for which products have the Line-In functionality and how to set it up :

Og her på norsk om du skulle foretrekke det :

I have tried this even with the play 5 in-line function and there is a delay in sound
Not with just a Play:1. If you have Play:5, then yes. Via Line-in with Bluetooth adapter.
