I Cannot Reset Sonos Beam

I follow reset instructions
I think my sistem is damaged

What can I do?

Yesterdar works very well and today just show me a white flashing Lightning 

Try connecting it to your router with Ethernet and try another factory reset.

Usually best to not do Factory Resets as they (as here) cause problems not solve them in most cases.


If that doesn’t work, a call to Sonos Support directly to discuss it might assist.
