Had my new Roam on a QI charging pad for twelve hours now - noticed orange light was flashing but it’s not even warm so not sure why. Switched it on and it’s still only on 53% charge??

What’s the amperage? The one Sonos sells is 2.1Amps, and just over 10W. Makes me think that your Roam isn’t sitting on it properly, and/or it’s not getting the appropriate induction/connection.
Might be best if you were to call Sonos directly.

Have you checked the power rating on the Qi pad? It may be that it’s lower than what the Roam is looking for.
