Sonos. You have a great brand. Potentially a great product. But..…

 

How hard can it be.... In 2024..... For you to provide me a service, under the circumstances where I have invested over £1000 in hardware, where I am not sitting here at the end of a long and hard working day witth my wife trying to play music and yet saying "what the hell is going on!!!!".

 

This should be a semaless service full of hope but it is a NIGHTMARE!. You should be at least a little ashamed.... It used to be SO GOOD. And yet now it is TERRIBLE!!!. I am baffled. I wish I could afford something different. But I can't. I trusted you. Please deliver on the trust. 

All seems to be working okay here with the latest Sonos App update - are you sure it’s not something local that’s stopping your music from playing.

What have you tried so far? - Checked for updates of software & firmware? A reboot of your router? Power-cycling your speakers etc?
