I have 5 Sonos devices on my account. My ex took 2. How do I remove them from the account. I don't want to have them linked.
The units will get removed when they're reset up by your ex. It's a good idea to factory reset any player that's leaving your possession, hopefully, they do that reset before setting them up.
Yeah she hasn't. I can see them renamed in my account. Would rather get them removed ASAP...:8
