No, the Sonos One does not have a screw post in the back of it which is what secures the PLAY:1 to the Flexson stands.
On the other hand, the sizes look to be the same, so if you wanted to have it just "sit" on it, and maybe attach with a piece of tape across the back, it would be fine. Sanus has stands in production, and in another thread, there was someone who said they were in contact with Flexson and was told they had something coming soon.
