My two Era 100 speakers are suddenly not pairing up...each plays some different and trying to group them isn’t working...please help!

Which way are they configured usually? As a stereo pair?
Did you try rebooting them?
Sounds to me if they could be connected to your network in a incompatible way, e. g. one to a wifi extender.
Some more information on how your network and your speakers are set up would be helpful.
