Continued issues with "NEW" app and existing system

I have tried so many ways of getting the app to recognize my existing system and it still does not. I still have 2 Play 1 speakers that will not connect and when they do, a new bogus room is created and the other one is connected but system does not see it. How can I move this speaker from bogus Family Room 2 to Family room, as well as get the other one to be seen? This is the closest I have gotten to having a normal system after the app update!

When will SONOS revert back to the old app??? This new one is horrible!!

Heads up: the v16.1 app on both Android and iOS no longer works if you’ve installed the v16.3 firmware released earlier this week.

 


16 July firmware doesn't only blocks v16.1 app, it blocks all your system.

Don't upgrade
