You will 'likely' need one of these Sonos Home Theatre devices (in no particular order):
- Sonos Playbar
- Sonos Playbase
- Sonos Beam
- Sonos Amp (not the older Connect:Amp)
As Danny says, it does however depend on the make/model of your TV and the type of speakers you have.

I have an LG Smart TV, and Sons One speakers
I have an LG TV too and the Sonos Beam with two Sonos Ones as surrounds and that works really well.
