This past week the problem has got worse, I can only connect if I switch my router off and on, which can take 4-5 minutes. Right now I can’t connect via my MacBook air or iPhone app even though the radio is playing through my 2 Play3 speakers after I connected earlier when I switched the router off and on.
I do not have wifi service/ speed problems, nor have I changed my router etc.. and I’ve submitted a number of diagnostic reports to Sonos recently with no response. I have also re-installed the S2 app on both MacBook air and i12.
I’ve resorted to using a couple of bluetooth speakers without issue.
