Hi,

I have a Move but it doesn’t seem to charge on a USB-C cable. I’ve bought a brand new Hama charging / data cable with a max output of 3A. 
 

it’s plugged into the wall with a regular (Apple) wall plug. But the battery is going down instead of up. and the orange light on the front is not lit…

If this is not the cable, then what cable should it be? And why is it not available on your Sonos store??
