It would be great to release the speakers from mains power. Bose and others all offer a charging base so that you have complete portability! It would be great to pick up a Sonos Play1 and walk out into the garden with it!

I was chatting to someone about this the other day, a rechargeable Play1 would sell very well!.
There was a kickstarter about 6 months ago for such a thing. It didn't meet its goals.
