Hi. I have paired my Samsung tv with sobos roam and when I play any video, the roam makes “hiccups”. I have tried to remove any physical interference and even place the roam 1 inc in front of the tv but it does not resolve the problem. Any ideas ?

First point, you’ll notice significant lip sync issues connecting a TV to your Roam, as the Roam will buffer the audio for possible syncing with other Sonos devices. Sonos Sound Bars should be used for connecting to a TV.

Second Point, a BT connection isn’t fast enough for TV audio.  HDMI or Optical cables should be used.
