Bad sound from my Play 5

I have a play 5 and lately i have the feeling that the sound is sometimes bad.
can it be that we blew the speaker out?

Hi Sparky466

It's been eleven days since your post so maybe you have resolved the issue 🤔. If not here are a few options:

  1. Run TruePlay in the Sonos App if you have an iOS device to see if that offers any improvement
  2. Call Sonos and speak to a technician who may be able to pull a diagnostic that points to another area defect. Note: I don't think they'll be able to determine a blown speaker.
  3. Don't forget to remove the cotton from your ears 😄 Good Luck!

I will try this solution and let you know the outcome.
