With Qobuz, you can currently stream 24-bit/48 kHz audio from the Sonos app. Hopefully this will be possible with Apple Lossless too.

But Apple Hi-Res Lossless will probably not be supported on Sonos speakers.
Thanks. I am assuming Amazon HD is supported?
I already have Amazon so loaded Qbuz under the 1 month trial to compare with Amazon HD.
So just to be clear, even if I play music directly from the Apple Music App via Airplay it still isn’t lossless?
I have to say, after changing my settings in Apple Music to lossless, playing music now through my Sonos One SL’s SOUNDS AMAZING! I tried both on and off AND THERE IS A DISTINCT DIFFERENCE IN SOUND AND QUALITY. It’s not hope, it’s real. So I have to believe Apple lossless works on my Sonos! Supported or not on paper I sure hear a big difference.
Are you using the Sonos app or Airplay?
Correction, I went through Airplay!!!!!!!, but if I then launched the Sonos app afterwards while the music was playing it didn’t seem to turn it any different, but I started by launching Airplay and the Apple Music app. It really sounds FANTASTIC!!!!!
